1949 Digest of Bills

The Digest consists of summaries of all bills and concurrent resolutions enacted by the General Assembly at the preceding legislative session. The summaries include the dates upon which the Governor acted and the effective dates of the bills. The Digest also includes an alphabetical subject index and several reference tables. The Digest is not a substitute for the text of the bills or for provisions of the Colorado Revised Statutes, but gives the user notice of and summary information on recent changes to the statutes.
