The Office of Legislative Workplace Relations serves the General Assembly in areas such as:

Confidential consultation, facilitation, and resolution planning for workplace issues and concerns.

Confidential consultation regarding corrective/disciplinary action and planning.

Harassment complaint intake, investigation, and resolution.

Workplace training, including:

Annual workplace harassment training
Manager/Supervisor training

Other Employee Relations services, including:

Employee engagement
Succession planning
Personnel policy reviews and recommendations
Exit interviews for departing staff
