State Education Fund Report (2022)

Pursuant to Section 22-55-104 C.R.S., Legislative Council Staff, in consultation with the State Auditor, the State Treasurer, the Department of Education (CDE), the Office of State Planning and Budgeting, and the Joint Budget Committee (JBC), is required to conduct a review of the model used to forecast revenue to and expenditures from the State Education Fund and the spending requirements for the Public School Finance Act of 1994 by February 1 of each year.

Colorado's Instream Flow Program (23-05)

2022 Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement Payment Forecast

Colorado receives annual payments from tobacco manufacturers as part of the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement (MSA). In April 2021, the state received $86.6 million, which was used to determine distributions to MSA-funded programs for the Current FY 2021-22. This document presents a forecast for annual receipts from the Tobacco MSA through FY 2023-24. The state is expected to receive $86.9 million in 2022; the actual amount received in 2022 will determine disbursements to MSA-funded programs in FY 2022-23.

The Office of Legislative Legal Services prepares the Digest of Bills and Concurrent Resolutions as required under section 2-3-504, C.R.S. The Digest consists of summaries of all bills and concurrent resolutions enacted by the Seventy-fourth General Assembly at its First Extraordinary Session ending November 20, 2023. The summaries include the dates upon which the Governor acted and the effective dates of the bills. The Digest also includes an alphabetical subject index and several reference tables.
